Support the daily management of commercial construction projects, helping ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with project quality expectations.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Assist in upholding safety standards and verifying compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies.
Help develop, update, and track project schedules, monitoring key milestones and proactively addressing potential delays.
Serve as a key support contact for clients, architects, and project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and helping resolve project-related questions or issues.

Proven experience working on different types of commercial projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Proven experience working in public projects and managing complex-budget projects.
Between 3-5 years of working experience in construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance.
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and project teams.
Competitive base salary (70k-90k)
