MEP Manager

As the MEP Manager, reporting to senior operational leadership, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP scopes across major commercial projects. You will:

• Manage full MEP lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and specialty trade partners
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and alignment
• Resolve field issues and support real-time technical problem-solving
• Coordinate systems integration, QA/QC, and turnover processes
• Lead cost control, risk tracking, and change management
• Maintain accurate documentation through construction management platforms

For the MEP Manager we are seeking:

• 6+ years of experience overseeing MEP scopes on large commercial or data center builds
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning practices
• Experience with technical facilities such as labs, data centers, or industrial projects
• Ability to lead trade partners, drive accountability, and ensure quality delivery
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel for major project assignments
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving construction environment
