Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator & Forklift Operator to join their team. As an Operator & Forklift Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong workethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator & Forklift Operator

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Day Shift - Mon-Fri, some weekends may be required

What's the Job?

  • Move raw materials from warehouse to blending operations safely and efficiently

  • Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products

  • Ensure proper documentation of dosage, lot numbers, and production issues

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

  • Assist in general housekeeping and operational tasks as needed

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent with strong math skills

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders accurately

  • Mechanical aptitude and physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing

  • Experience working in a physically demanding environment preferred

  • Forklift certification or experience using forklifts is a plus
