• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control and cycle counting experience. (WMS is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work with inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and full inventory audits as assigned.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and misplacements.
• Accurately update inventory data in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and proper product labeling.
• Work closely with operations, receiving, and shipping teams to correct inventory issues.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance inventory control and accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
