Job Title

Management of project's contractor and construction process

Construction coordination and scope management

Develop and review construction schedules and cost estimates

Assist with developing and reviewing change orders

Conduct site inspections and reporting to verify construction quality and contract conformance

Develop and maintain construction progress reports

Review contractor RFIs and submittals

Oversee and coordinate with QA field inspectors and materials testing teams

Contractor Submittal management and compliance

Contractor's adherence to construction documents

Reoccurring site visits and logistics management

Liaison between contractor, stakeholders and client

Contractor Invoice review and approval

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management with focus on transportation infrastructure projects

Preferred Experience:

Highway

Knowledge of construction techniques, processes, materials and equipment used in transportation projects
