Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Operate or learn to operate a variety of machinery including forklifts and production equipment; Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and assist in setup/adjustments as well as routine maintenance of machines; Document operational data and report production progress, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations; Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals and willingly take on additional responsibilities as needed
