Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities: Oversee daily shipping operations and delegate tasks to department personnel (710 team members).; Ensure all equipment (forklifts, cranes, pickers, etc.) is in proper working condition.; Maintain clear and consistent communication with Sales, Receiving, Logistics, QC, and other departments.; Coordinate outbound shipments including flatbeds, motor freight, and small parcel (UPS) deliveries.; Train and mentor team members on company procedures and safety protocols.
