Naba Dental is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional customer service from the first phone call to checkout.

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience with Dentrix.
• Required: Experience with scheduling
• Required: Dental insurance verification experience (PPOs, breakdowns, eligibility checks)
• Strong understanding of dental front office workflows
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to invest in ongoing self-learning and professional development
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with treatment presentation is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Confirm appointments and manage scheduling
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options (if experienced)
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily flow
