Job title: Office Manager
Contract to Hire
Salary: $60k-$75k
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to learn, master, implement, Quickbooks Online accounting system and BuilderTrend production software
- Input and manage new job documents: contracts, vendor lists, insurance requirements
- Inputting and tracking job costs and purchase orders
- Paying Bills in a timely manner
- Reconciling accounts
- Managing AR and AP
- Managing Collections
- Manage and Track Customer/Job paperwork
- Assisting Owners with daily tasks, time management, and organization
- File management and organization
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
- Managing HR and employee records
- Scheduling meetings and recording meeting notes
- Communicating with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures
- Take out trash on a regular basis
- Re-stock Fridge
- Water
- Coors Light
- Sparkling Waters
- Diet Soda
- Ice in Freezer
- Water the plants indoor/ outdoor
- Anything you see that needs to be kept up
Qualifications
-Working Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
-Intermediate proficiency with MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard acceptable practices
-Must be able to work under time deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
-Excellent written and verbal skills to include learning, communicating, and understanding of Construction terminology
-Attention to detail, highly organized, with a strong work ethic
-Loyal; Dependable; Team Player; Self Motivated with desire to succeed
-Warm and outgoing; Positive Attitude; Desire to learn; taking ownership of role to grow
-3-5 years experience
-Valid Drivers license with dependable transportation
-Some College preferred
