IST Management Services is seeking an energetic & dynamic individual with a passion to serve others to join our amazing team as a Mail Center Customer Service Associate. This position is located in Downtown Houston, TX and will consist of various mail related & print operations tasks, including shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, document printing, copier fleet maintenance services, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented & process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $13.00 - $13.00 USD per hrly (DOE)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: This amazing opportunity is located in Downtown Houston, TX. (Employees also receive a monthly parking stipend/allowance)

Responsibilities

The Mail Center Customer Service Associate position will perform various mail related and print operations tasks, including shipping & receiving , delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, document printing, copier fleet maintenance services, heavy lifting, and etc. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Sorting and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail
  • Processing inbound and outbound express carrier shipments
  • Metering outbound postal mail and utilizing other operational equipment
  • Copy/print documents, books requests from electronic files includes binding & tab creation
  • Perform copier fleet checks
  • Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperate attitude
  • Taking direction from Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications

The qualifications for the Mail Center Customer Service Associate position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grown in their professional career. Additional qualifications include:
  • A valid and current Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
