Smashburger - 5102 Richmond Avenue - Responsibilities: Be a menu expert, follow Smashburgers prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders; Reading, preparing and cooking food orders to specifications is a must; Be a team player. Must be able to work with others on the line and communicate effectively with Guest Service Experts (GSE) and managers in a busy restaurant environment; Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; must be capable of using knives and slicing equipment with proper PPE; Follow checklists and proven systems to set up, stock and close the kitchen
