Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Lead, train, coach and develop department associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service; Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team; Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across departments; Assist with departmental organization to ensure customers can easily find merchandise; Work across multiple departments as assigned
