- Create an exceptional, high-energy guest experience from hello to goodbye
- Confidently sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and gift cards
- Match guests with the right services & therapists to meet their wellness goals
- Manage appointments, calls, and front desk flow with professionalism
- Keep the spa welcoming, organized, and on-brand
- Sales-driven mindset with a love for people and conversation
- Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and value
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Team player who performs well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Availability Tues, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun)
Compensation & Perks
