Senior Desktop Engineer

Location: Houston, TX

Position Type: 7 months Contract

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Install and configure software applications
• Maintain and update the inventory of desktop equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
