-High school diploma/ equivalent or work experience.
-OSHA 30 Certified
-Must be able to pass drug tests as well as background checks
-Drivers License
-A safe and insurable driving record
-Good communication skills
-Mechanical Aptitude
-21 Years of age
-CDL NOT REQUIRED BUT ENCOURAGED.
In the performance of the job duties, the employee will work in a variety of environments including construction sites, schools, hospitals etc. This position will primarily work outside in all types of weather conditions and environments including but is not limited to wet/ or humid conditions, very warm climates and cold climates. Employee must be able to lift and or move up to 80 pounds. Must be able to be on feet for an extended amount of time.
