ABM Industries - - Responsibilities: Repair and create inventory list of site inoperable commercial office and laboratory furniture; Spearhead furniture list within warranty period that can be serviced from furniture vendor; Coordinate modifications and changes with Space Management team and applicable furniture vendors to achieve desired furniture plan; Schedules additional labor and equipment needs with furniture vendor and Facilities Management team; Maintain calendars for Move Management support
