Elior North America - 4920 Westway Park Boulevard - Responsibilities: Coordinate the retirement of legacy applications as the organization transitions to new enterprise platforms, including ERP and internal systems.; Develop and maintain transition plans for approximately 130 legacy applications currently scheduled for retirement.; Track system sunset milestones and ensure all dependencies are addressed prior to retirement.; Coordinate technology readiness for operational sites, including laptops, pointofsale systems, cash registers, network equipment, and related hardware.; Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on project progress and milestone completion.
