Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform SMAW (stick) welding on structural steel components in accordance with AWS D1.1 specifications.; Weld structural beams, columns, and assemblies using E7018 electrodes.; Complete welds in the 3G (vertical) position and other required positions.; Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings.; Prepare materials by fitting, tacking, grinding, and cleaning weld areas.
