Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in flooring to oversee and manage flooring projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively coordinating with various subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage flooring projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in flooring.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Experience in general contracting and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
