Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and direct all activities required to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation; Recruit, select and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance; Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense to maximize store performance; Direct guest service efforts consistent with company standards; coach on guest interactions to increase transactions; Develop the team to accomplish store objectives through recruitment, coaching, retention and motivation
