Founded in Houston, Texas, USA, Seatrax has expanded its reach to include locations in Louisiana as well as the United Kingdom and maintains numerous U.S. and international patents, demonstrating our success in engineering, designing, and manufacturing pedestal cranes that excel in a variety of offshore applications.We are looking for a Parts Expeditor capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility.Key Responsibilities:* Generate quotations for customers promptly and accurately* Process parts orders efficiently to meet customer needs and delivery timelines* Support Field Service Technicians by coordinating parts availability and delivery* Answer customer inquiries regarding parts, orders, and delivery status* Maintain accurate records of orders and communications* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth parts procurementRequirements* Proven experience in parts ordering, expediting, or related roles preferred* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment* Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotations* Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plusSeatrax, Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
