The facility serves adults recovering from traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, post-ICU complications, and other neurological events. Position Summary
The Clinical Liaison serves as the primary clinical and referral development representative for the facility, responsible for building hospital relationships, completing clinical assessments, and driving appropriate adult admissions.
This role acts as the central connection between acute care hospitals, physicians, case managers, families, and the neurorecovery team to ensure smooth transitions of care and proper patient placement.
