Join a team where craftsmanship, precision, and hands-on problem-solving take center stage. We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator who's ready to jump into diverse projects, work with a tight-knit crew, and help bring custom builds to life.
What You'll Do

• Fabricate and weld structural components (carbon steel; TIG for stainless is a plus)

• Read drawings, estimate materials, and prep surfaces for fabrication

• Handle pipe-fitting, metalwork, priming/painting, and general shop duties

• Operate heavy equipment (in-house certification provided)

• Manage materials, tools, and consumables to keep the shop running smoothly

• Collaborate with leadership on project specs and priorities

• Maintain accurate timekeeping, job logs, and training requirements

• Strong welding and fabrication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfort with physical work, lifting, loading, and general labor

• Solid communication and attention to detail

• Full-time, hourly role with a 40-hour base week (45-hour schedule including paid breaks)

• OSHA training provided annually
