Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Confidential acute-care hospital seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support hospital supply chain operationsreceiving, reconciling, stocking, and delivering materials across clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive & reconcile incoming supply orders; process all inbound/outbound freight
• Deliver supplies and replenish hospital supply locations (par areas, storerooms)
• Maintain accurate transactions in a computerized inventory system
• Resolve order discrepancies and basic customer service issues with sound judgment
• Support hazardous materials handling and hospital safety procedures

Qualifications

• 23 years experience in materials/supply inventory, distribution, purchasing, or related field
• Mediclear certification (or equivalent) required
• Ability to operate a computerized inventory system
• Proven independence, problem-solving, and customer-service skills
