What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a loader to transport various materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials as required based on operational needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support operations.

What Are We Looking For

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it is a plus.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidates will need to complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
• Some positions may require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• This role will primarily operate in environments where you'll encounter moving mechanical equipment, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.

• Hourly pay between $20.50 and $22.00.
