As a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator, you'll keep projects movingupdating ESP data, coordinating vendors and meetings, supporting planners and Revit, and producing accurate reports and deliverables across design and procurement phases. Review drawings with Medical Equipment Planners for dimensional accuracy and documentation; track timelines for deliverable updates. Assist in developing project team presentation materials and client-facing deliverables. Create/update the Medical Equipment Responsibilities Matrix and coordinate distribution to the project manager and client. Set up new client folders and maintain organized electronic filing for submittals, drawings, and correspondence. Prepare budget summaries, room reports, and other reports for owners, architects, and project managers. Coordinate with medical equipment, IT, and furniture vendors to add technical data into SSR's ESP (Equipment Solution Planning) system. Build new client functional programs in ESP and maintain project data following meetings, procurement, and standards changes. Prepare bidders lists for procurement; support RFP/RFI development and responses with the Medical Equipment Planner. Attend meetings as requested, take notes, produce minutes, and update ESP and trackers accordingly. Arrange site visits, inventories, and move-management logistics; support procurement schedules and delivery/installation coordination. Follow up with the Revit team on progress of equipment drawings across all phases; learn basic Revit tasks to move/add/delete families and log changes.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR 3 or more years of computer database or related experience Preferred Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and inventory practices. Basic knowledge of hospital/clinic procedures and department functions; ability to read plans in Revit and AutoCAD. Clear written communication, speech clarity, and active listening; accurate note-taking and proofreading. Detail-oriented organization with sound judgment and decision-making; able to orchestrate multiple activities at once. Customer-focused collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
