Warehouse Associate - Freezer (Cold Storage)
Pay: starting at $17/hr + $2/hr freezer incentive
Shift: 6am Start
Location:Houston, TX

This position works primarily in a freezer environment supporting order fulfillment and inventory operations. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and enjoy physical, fast-moving work.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately in freezer storage
- Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assigned
- Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts
- Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
- Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals
- Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred
- Commitment to safety and teamwork in a physical work environment
