Job Description
Associate Litigation Attorney
A Houston-based full-service commercial law firm with a highly collegial practice group, is currently seeking a 4-12-year Litigation Attorney to join their team full-time.
Experience withreal estate litigation is a plus, but not required.
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.
Skills and Requirements:
- Litigation focused, some real estate litigation experience a plus, not required
- Experience attending hearings, taking and definding depositions
- Strong research and writing skills, enjoyment of writing is desired
- Attention to detail, loves writing motions and briefs
- Comfortable around clients
