Healthcare Superintendent | Dallas, TX

A well-established commercial general contractor in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing healthcare construction projects, including renovations and ground-up work, within active and occupied environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on healthcare construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Enforce healthcare-specific standards, infection control, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
• Prior healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, and field coordination
• Ability to manage projects in active or occupied healthcare facilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
