Front of House Daytime Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with guests
• Make emotional connections with guests to enhance their experience
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly and efficiently
• Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
• Effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be available between 2:00 PM - Close or 5:00 PM - Close
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multitask
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
