Join an established heavy earthwork contractor with 30 years of industry success and $80 million revenue trajectory. We're seeking an experienced superintendent to lead high-volume earthwork projects.

Position Details: • Manage 100,000+ cubic yards monthly • Oversee landfill and land development projects • Travel opportunities (3 months - 1 year assignments) • Direct crew management and production goals

Compensation & Benefits: • $100,000 - $125,000 base salary • $5,000+ annual profit sharing • Company vehicle or allowance • Travel per diem and expenses • Immediate 2 weeks PTO

Requirements: • 10-15 years superintendent experience • Heavy earthwork and excavation background • Off-road articulated truck expertise • Travel flexibility required
