Job Title: Remote Business Development Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary:$1,000 - $2,000 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time

Job Overview:

Our client is a civil construction services company founded in 2007. Originating during the Great Recession, the company initially focused on erosion control services. Over the years, our client has expanded its offerings to include site services, green infrastructure, utility installation, hydro excavation, and stormwater facility maintenance. In March 2024, the company moved to a new headquarters and added turnkey site development to its services.

We're looking for a Business Development Administrative Assistant to support the backbone of our firm's day-to-day execution. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our processes run smoothly, our client engagements stay on track, and our internal team has the resources they need to deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all prequalification processes for clients and prospects.
  • Respond to new opportunity inquiries via email, phone, and website.
  • Enter new opportunities into the system and notify directors for proposal creation.
  • Handle cold proposal outreach and track follow-ups with unresponsive clients.
  • Lead scope review calls with potential clients to strengthen partnership potential.
  • Log all outreach efforts daily in Salesforce.
  • Share key opportunity insights with internal teams via Salesforce.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products are a nice-to-have
  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role or corporate customer service experience (administrative, clerical, operations, etc.) in AEC industry
  • Strong verbal and business writing skills (a writing sample may be requested)
  • Experience in Construction, Land Development, and/or Civil Engineering is required
