Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

Whether it's through social media, casual conversations, or community events, you're eager to help others Client how Jobvious can work for them, just like it did for you.

Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of building out your network in the Jobvious platform and ensuring your referrals complete their profile and resume.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with referrals and champion them throughout the hiring process.
• Spread awareness of Jobvious via social media
  • Marketing materials will be provided.

Qualifications

• Being apart of the team means you are self-motivated and have a drive to connect your network with new opportunities.
• Excellent customer service skills
• You are technically savvy and can help user engagement and guide any questions on how the platform works
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• 18 years or older
• Valid Drivers License

How It Works
Join Jobvious to monetize your network and unlock new opportunities.

• Sign up, complete your profile, and grow your network by inviting people you know.
• Browse our trending JOBportunities and receive job match notifications for your network. If someone is a great fit, personally refer them to the opportunity.
• When your referral gets hired, you'll begin receiving a weekly paycheck for as long as they are in the role.
• Open the door of opportunity by inviting others to join Jobvious, allowing them access to passive income.
• Upload a resume or create one using our AI resume builder and explore job opportunities for yourself. You never know what you may find!

  • Get paid when your referrals are hired, creating a mutually beneficial cycle of growth for both you and your network.

Compensation

• In addition to the referral payout terms, Jobvious Brand Ambassadors will be compensated $2.00 for every profile created under their network and their referrals network, referral must complete the full profile process including a fully completed resume.
  • I.e. Mr. X joins Jobvious and invites 5 people to join their network, all 5 referrals complete the registration process. Mr. X will make $25. One of Mr. X referrals adds 5 more people to their network, Mr. X will make an additional $25.00.
  • Referral promotion fee is active for the first 120 days of joining the platform.
• Brand Ambassador's have access to all Jobvious promotions as well.

Additional Details:

• 1099 contractor status
  • Pay issued within 14 days upon completion of profiles.
  • We pay either via direct deposit or check through the mail (for mailed checks, we issued payment within 14 days but cannot guarantee when it will arrive)
