We're seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive growth within our closed loop issuing business (Gift Card & Loyalty Platform). As Director of Product and Growth, you'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, commercial expansion, and ecosystem partnerships-scaling our market presence, sharing the Conductor platform roadmap, and ensuring closed-loop issuing solutions remain best-in-class for brands and merchants worldwide.

This is a remote role based in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closed Loop Issuing & Loyalty Growth
    • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth within the closed loop issuing ecosystem—including prepaid, gift, loyalty, and stored-value programs.
    • Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities, including enterprise gift card programs, digital wallet integrations, and migrations from legacy issuing platforms.
    • Partner with retailers, hospitality brands, travel programs, and digital merchants to design scalable, high-engagement loyalty and gift-card solutions
    • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients, processors, distribution partners, and payments networks.
    • Represent epay and the Conductor platform at industry conferences and loyalty, incentives, and payment forums to drive visibility and strategic partnerships.
  • Product Management & Innovation

    • Define and prioritize features that enhance program flexibility, customer engagement, digital delivery, balance management, and reporting/analytics.
    • Translate customer, partner, and sales insights into clear business cases, product requirements, and measurable outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant issuing solutions.
    • Lead UAT and launch readiness, ensuring smooth client onboarding and adoption of new features and enhancements.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management-supporting RFPs, solution design, client reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Marketing to create compelling go-to-market messaging, sales enablement materials, and loyalty-focused value propositions that position Conductor as a premier closed loop issuing platform.
    • Support regional and global teams in understanding how Conductor enables modern gift card, rewards, and loyalty ecosystem.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging loyalty and digital rewards technologies to inform platform strategy and maintain competitive advantage

What Success Will Look Like in First 6 Months:

    • Established a clear growth and product strategy for closed-loop issuing, with defined priorities across gift card, loyalty, prepaid, and stored-value programs.
