SUMMARY
TheManager -People Analyticsserves as a global strategic partner responsible forthe design, developmentandoversight ofHR analytics, metrics and reportingandpartnering withbusiness leadership andHR functional groups to standardize key performance indicators and workforce analytics to drivecross-functional,data-driven business decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developa clear visionto lead the organization towards a "data-driven and insight-led culture."
Understandbusinessstrategyand developkey metrics thatalign withoverall business objectivesand contributeto the success of the organization.
Understandkey financial metrics andensurepeopleanalytics strategy/outputs align withthe financial language of the organization.
Collaboratewith HR business partners and other teams to ensuredata-driveninsights lead to actionable strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to communicate changes effectively and measure progress.
Develop/install people, processes, and technology to accommodate requests for insights and data, not only about the workforce and HR, but fromotherbusiness operationsas well.
Develop/installworkforceplanning as a process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand,andassess gaps.
Anticipate andevaluatethe impact and implications of future decisions and activities on other parts of the organization.
Evaluate data and courses of action to reach logical, pragmatic decisions. Take an unbiased, rational approach with calculated risks.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Performs other special projects and assignments as required by management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
An advanceddegree in Human Resources,Data Analytics, Data Scienceorotherrelatedsubject.
HR orPeople AnalyticsConsulting backgroundpreferred.
Outstanding communicationskills(written and oral)and ability to effectively present information.
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Previousexperience working in a global or international organization is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to produce results in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability topresent data in a clear and meaningful way.
English fluency(written and spoken) is required.Fluency insomeadditionallanguage(s)(Dutch,French,German,Italian,Mandarin Chinese,Spanish,Vietnamese)preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usuallymoderateas normally based in an office.Some of the work may berequiredin the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. Mayalso result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.Travel up to50% including air travel or auto travel.
