Job Title: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a strong ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement menu items and specials

- Monitor food costs and labor costs to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service

- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in inventory management and cost control

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
