EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our store located in Houston (North location) Texas. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in the processing of car deals, verify costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you're a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we're looking for you.

What You'll Do:

• Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Pull reports from our TRAC system
• Process rejections

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred
• Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK
