Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lawn and Ground Maintenance
• Operate and drive motorized maintenance equipment
• Set up and Breakdown for School Events
• General Building and Classroom maintenance
• Lift independently up to 50lbs frequently
• Lift assisted over 50lbs occasionally
• Follow specific instructions from Supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Reliable
• Detail Oriented
• 1-2 years Maintenance Experience preferred not required
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Must be able to work and communicate well with others
• Willingness to learn new trades
• Available to work overtime when required
