The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess the capability to autonomously drive project success.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership and management of 7 sophisticated Airtable bases tailored for summit content and speakers.Design and maintenance of relational data models to streamline sessions, speakers, schedules, and readiness tracking.Development and optimization of Airtable automations, scripts, and workflows to minimize manual effort and enhance data accuracy.Lead data governance and compliance initiatives, including archiving and ensuring proper handling of PII data post events.Provide essential program and event support, including live event management via Airtable, process documentation, and system enhancements for future summits.Must-Have Skills:Proven Airtable expertise: Automations, custom views, complex relational bases.Strong foundation in Project/Program Management: Managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables adeptly.Solid Data Management & Analytics proficiency: Handling large datasets with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Domain Experience Required:Background in operations, program management, event system management, or data tool usage is crucial.Event or conference operations experience is highly desirable.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
