Responsible to handle and direct incoming calls to the correct individual or department in a courteous and friendly manner. Responsible to assist with medical records functions and general clerical tasks. Maintain a neat and professional appearance and an organized work area. Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GED from an accredited program 3 months of experience in answering a telephone system 6 months of customer service experience. Demonstrated PC and keyboarding skills. Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a courteous, compassionate and friendly demeanor. Proven excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills delivered with clear tone of voice. Fluent in English, verbal and written.
