Position Details:

• Position: Assembly Operator.
• Location: Northwest Houston.
• Industry: Global leader in nailed wooden reel manufacturing (73+ years).
• Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Occasional Saturdays & overtime available.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
• Use hand tools, measuring tapes, and rulers to ensure accuracy.
• Weigh, label, and tag completed products.
• Apply grease for waterproofing and durability.
• Perform quality checks to meet production standards.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required).
• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance habits.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Committed to showing up, working hard, and growing with the company.
