Key Responsibilities
* Stock shelves with grocery products according to store plans
* Ensure products are displayed attractively and follow planograms
* Check inventory levels and restock items as needed
* Rotate products to ensure freshness and remove expired items
* Place price tags, labels, and promotional signage correctly
* Set up promotional displays and seasonal products
* Monitor product quality and report damaged or missing items
* Work with store staff and supervisors to meet sales goals
* Keep aisles clean, organized, and safe for customers
Skills & Qualifications
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to lift and move products
* Time management and organization skills
* Basic math skills for pricing and inventory
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Prior retail or merchandising experience (often preferred but not always required)
