Accounting Assistant

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Accounting Assistants, for a role that is ideal for individuals with accounting experience who are detail-oriented and thrive in environments that require accuracy, organization, and strong checks and balances.

Pay rate: $24 per hour (DOE)

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 10am to 6pm (hours subject to change)

Accounting Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform tax-related accounting tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Review, separate, and reconcile financial numbers to ensure accuracy
• Apply checks and balances to maintain compliance and integrity in reporting
• Support tax preparation, filing, and documentation processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Accounting Assistant Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax-related work
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to thorough review processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Background check
• Drug Screening

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Permanent
