The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service existing accounts.
• Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
• Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Cultivate and grow customer base.
• Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma and/or equivalent.
• Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred
• Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
• Work closely with other departments or business units.
• Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.

This role is responsible for:
• Overseeing and coordinating the in-house maintenance team
• Daily inspection report for all facility compressors
• Daily inspection report for all facility cranes
• Daily inspection report for all facility overhead doors
• Daily inspection report for all company owned forklifts
• Daily inspection report for all rental forklifts
• Daily inspection report for profilers
• Daily inspection report for rollers
• Coordinating all vendor required maintenance and service calls
• Overseeing all vendor required maintenance and service calls, no vendors allowed to work on any equipment without supervision
• Validating and vetting service estimated and PO requests
• Prioritizing and fixing all maintenance requests, daily
• Supervising the Tool Room
• Reporting any issues to leadership team
• Cost conscious decision making
