Element Dental & Orthodontics Conroe has partnered with iHire to reach top talent for their opening below. Element Dental & Orthodontics in Conroe, Texas, is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join the team and practice all types of dentistry. This established practice has 10+ years of helping families celebrate healthy, happy smiles. We serve a community of over 1200 patients each month and welcome over 100 new patients each month. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Dr. Eric Flesher and his team while maintaining the clinical autonomy you desire.

We offer a full-time position with a schedule of 4-5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays each month.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry to patients, with opportunities to perform a wide range of procedures (crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and more).
• Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
• Ability to travel as needed
