You will be accountable for building and managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration with customer IT systems, delivering site-level execution, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.

This high-visibility role requires strong leadership, technical fluency with Manhattan products, and deep experience in 3PL logistics and warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Establish and lead a centralized Program Management Team to drive project execution and standardization across deployments.
  • Develop and manage a multi-year program roadmap, delivery milestones, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
  • Align program goals with CEVA's business strategy and customer requirements.

Manhattan WMS/OMS System Deployment

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS/OMS solutions, ensuring successful go-lives across all targeted warehouse operations.

  • Drive communication, transparency, and alignment across all internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct regular steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive briefings.

Operational Excellence & Standardization

  • Ensure site readiness, SOP alignment, and staff preparedness at each warehouse location.
  • Work closely with site leaders, super users, process engineers, and training teams to develop documentation and ensure change adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement across waves by applying lessons learned and enhancing the deployment model.

Financial Oversight & Resource Planning

  • Manage program budgets and staffing models.
  • Ensure financial goals are achieved without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee resource allocation across functional workstreams (deployment, training, integration, support).

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT program management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience deploying Manhattan and Associates (strong preference for Manhattan Active experience) WMS, OMS, and related products (e.g., SCI, TMS, Slotting Optimization).
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site WMS rollouts in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of Manhattan Active and/or legacy WMS and OMS product suites.
  • Strong technical understanding of system integrations (API, EDI, middleware).
  • Exceptional project/program management skills, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to lead large cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Leadership & Problem-Solving

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing change at scale.
  • Inspiring team leader with a collaborative, people-first approach.

What We Offer

  • Competitive executive compensation and annual performance incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
