Senior Application Engineer
Join a team where your engineering expertise drives real innovation. We're looking for a Senior Application Engineer to lead the design, development, and application of advanced hydraulic tensioners. This role combines hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and project leadership.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop cutting-edge hydraulic tensioners.
- Run simulations, testing, and validation for top performance.
- Act as the technical lead with customers-present, support, and consult.
- Manage multiple engineering projects with precision.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, technical support, and field service.
- Collaborate across sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience in hydraulic tensioner design/applications.
- Strong background with hydraulic simulation & design software.
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with both teams and customers.
- Experience supporting sales/engineering crossover.
- Certifications or advanced training in hydraulics or related areas.
