Phlebotomist Join a Team That Makes a Difference

What You'll Do:

As a Phlebotomist, you'll be a vital part of our clinical operations, responsible for:

• Performing venipunctures and capillary punctures using straight and butterfly needles.
• Collecting, labeling, and processing specimens (including centrifuging, freezing, and packaging).
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity in specimen handling and documentation.
• Clearly and courteously explaining procedures to patients.
• Updating patient records and maintaining lab equipment.
• Complying with OSHA and DEP safety standards.
• Attending annual training and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Phlebotomy certification (state-specific, if required).
• At least six months of hands-on experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
