We're growing rapidly and seeking a dedicated Superintendent to help us build our dream team in the dynamic world of commercial construction and roofing.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Superintendent to manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage on-site crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, modified bitumen, metal roofing).
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
