Job Description:

You will be responsible for traditional medical front desk check in duties. It is a fast paced environment with the expectation of seeing 60-75 patients a day. This is a team of 4 others that also see the same volume of patients to accommodate 10 different Physicians. You will be responsible for taking co-pays, updating accurate patient demographics, scheduling appointments, keeping a smooth flow of the waiting room.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the check out desk area
  • Schedule follow-up appointments, patient procedures/testing
  • Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of medical front desk
  • Previous insurance verification/benefits/EOB knowledge
  • MS Office
  • HS Diploma
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
